Pickup Policy
- Once your order is placed, we will carefully package it and have it ready at the time you selected. For convenience, orders will be placed on the front porch for contactless pickup.  

Important Details:  
- Order Pickup Window: Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the selected pickup time will be considered abandoned. Abandoned orders will be canceled, and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $10) will be deducted from the refund.  
- Delivery & Shipping Options: If you’re unable to pick up your order and prefer delivery or shipping, a $10 repackaging fee will apply, in addition to any shipping or delivery charges.  
- Pickup Time Adjustments: If the posted pickup times don’t work for you, contact us before placing your order to arrange an alternate time.  
- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email or message when your order is ready. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.  

Disclaimer:
Kendra's Kreations is not responsible for orders left unattended after the selected pickup time, including damages due to theft, weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.), or other external factors.  

Jar Returns:
Help us stay sustainable! You can return empty jars to our front porch for reuse or recycling.

Delivery Policy
We are pleased to offer local delivery for customers within 15 miles of zip code 76112.  

Free Delivery for Qualifying Orders:  
- Orders totaling $100 or more (after coupons and discounts) qualify for free delivery.  
- Delivery is only available within a 15-mile radius of 76112.  

Delivery Schedule:  
- Deliveries are made on Sundays only.  
- Orders will be dropped off at the customer’s porch. Please ensure there’s a safe and accessible location for drop-off.  

Pick-Up Option: 
- If your order qualifies for free delivery but you prefer to pick it up, please let us know during checkout.  

Delivery Exceptions:
- Delivery is not available for orders paid with Afterpay.  
- Orders under $100 do not qualify for delivery.

Shipping Policy
We strive to process and ship your orders efficiently.  

Key Details:
- Shipping Method: All orders ship via USPS Ground Shipping.  
- Handling Time: Allow up to 3 business days for processing before shipment.  
- Order Availability: Online orders are accepted 24/7, unless the store is temporarily closed for restocking or events (notifications will be posted on our website and social media).  
- Shipping Area: We currently ship to Texas only.  

Additional Information:  
- Tracking: You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.  
- Delays: Unforeseen delays may occur, especially around holidays. Contact us if your order is significantly delayed.  
- Address Errors: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, some returns are restricted to ensure safety and quality.  

Grocery Items:
- No returns are accepted for edible goods (jams, jellies, pickles, mustards, etc.) to maintain product freshness.  

Non-Grocery Items:
- Returns for non-grocery items (e.g., merchandise, accessories) are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.  

Refunds & Exchanges:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchanges or store credit may be available upon request.  

Exceptions:
Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or safety reasons. Contact us for more details.

- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.  
- Pricing & Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. Errors may occur, and we reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing mistakes.

- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, JCB, UnionPay) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and CashApp.  
- Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, unless they’ve already been prepared or shipped. Restocking fees may apply.
